okbd reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposits made will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

okbd supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Deposits are credited to your okbd account in real time under normal circumstances. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.
Note: okbd does not accept cash deposits, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency. All transactions must be processed through the supported mobile wallet methods listed above.
Withdrawal requests at okbd are processed to the same mobile wallet account used for deposits. We do not send funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal is processed, we may require you to verify your identity and payment method.
Standard withdrawal processing time at okbd is under 15 minutes for verified accounts. During periods of high volume or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours. We will notify you if there is any delay affecting your withdrawal.
Withdrawal Holds: If your account is under review for any reason — including bonus abuse investigations or identity verification — withdrawals may be temporarily held until the review is complete. We aim to resolve all reviews within 48 hours.

Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your account. When you have both bonus and real money funds, real money is wagered first. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full.

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or disconnection during a game round, the round may be voided and your stake returned. okbd is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues outside our control, including internet connectivity problems on the player's side.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbd platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
Zero Tolerance: okbd operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud and cheating. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be permanently closed and all associated funds will be forfeited without appeal.
okbd reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms or where required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.
Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting our support team. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met.

Your continued use of the okbd platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
